Mentioning our honeymoon after two postponements resulted in a free upgrade to the presidential suite. i especially loved the hot tub and espresso maker included with the suite. my partner and i found no downsides to the resort, it had abundant food, drink choices, and evening entertainment. i would highly recommend this hotel to families couples and solo travelers. There is something for everyone.
the resort restaurants were nice but my husband wanted a steak, or surf and turf restaurant. the italian asian and greek restaurants didn't suit him as he prefers meat and potatoes.

we were assigned a room with a jacuzzi, and it was fantastic with a amazing sea view. the room was always kept super clean, reflecting the high standards of cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel.

i found my superior twin sea view had a well-stocked minibar. it was replenished daily, great after spending time in the sun. the room was spacious with enough room for luggage and still felt comfortable.. the housekeeping maintained it to a high standard.
sometimes, the wait for drinks at the pool bar was a bit long.

the gym featured modern equipment, including three treadmills plus several weight machines. the main pool area included ample sun loungers and umbrellas, which helped with shade during the hottest parts of the day.

staff at the restaurants were attentive. the reception team was helpful with questions, especially directions. the concierge assisted with arranging transportation, convenient for exploring nearby areas.

The room came with a fully stocked mini bar. It had coca cola, Fanta and other classics (what a treat!). I appreciated the coffee machine and kettle for tea and coffee.
The hotel advertises five pools, but children can only access two. The kids' pool has a slide. It is very small and often crowded.
